About This Inspection

Evaluates the four systems most commonly reviewed by Florida insurance companies: roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Commonly required for homes 15–20 years or older when applying for or renewing homeowners insurance.

Florida insurance companies require a Four-Point inspection before issuing or renewing policies on older homes. Without it, you may be unable to obtain or maintain coverage. TruGEM completes the official CITIZENS/AAIS form your insurer needs — quickly and accurately.
