Hi, I’m Ed Suarez, founder of TruGEM Inspections and a Certified Master Inspector® with over 2,000 inspections completed across South Florida.

I bring a unique mix of hands-on experience, formal training, and family-rooted values to every job. With a degree in Construction Management, an OSHA 30 Certification, and a background in both home and commercial inspections, I don’t just inspect homes — I understand how they’re built.

But TruGEM isn’t just a business — it’s personal.

The name "TruGEM" is inspired by the initials of my wife, daughter, and myself — a daily reminder of who I do this for and why I never cut corners. Every inspection is backed by the same values I bring home: honesty, hard work, and protection for the people who matter most.
